How Do I Order?

  3. Please complete ALL necessary details such as Full Name, Delivery Address, and Contact Number

NOTE: Please always make sure to double check all necessary information are correct and accurate before clicking the confirm button to avoid inconvenience.

What are the payment methods available?

No Credit Card? No problem! Signity Incorporated(COD Express) offers Cash on delivery all over the Philippines. Alternatively, Paypal may also be used.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We regret to inform you that canceling an order is not possible once the order is confirmed after checkout. 

What will I do if I received a damaged product? 
Please send a picture to sales@codexpress.ph as proof.  

Can you deliver to my Province? 
We can deliver almost anywhere. Shipping time is 3-20 business days. 

I ordered 2+ items but only received one, where is the rest of my order. 
We have a large assortment of products not stocked on hand when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once … they are on the way!

My item has not arrived on the given time frame, what should I do?

There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons:

– Incomplete address
– Unreachable mobile number 
– Area not covered via COD or Area is considered remote

Can my order be delivered on a weekend?

Most orders will not be delivered on the weekend. However, our chosen door-to-door provider does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order may arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.

What if I order something that is Out of Stock?

We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be canceled; you will, of course, receive a refund to your credit card for any items that cannot be shipped. Our fulfillment center will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.

How can I track my shipment?

The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive, or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.

Please note that some orders with Standard Shipping might not have a tracking number, but you can check the status of your order by emailing us at sales@codexpress.ph
