REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love every purchase. That is why we offer a 7-day exchange policy. We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.
Please choose wisely, as we do not offer returns and refunds for change of mind. We will, however, exchange items provided we are notified within 7 days after receipt of the item.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 20 days after you placed your order, please contact our support team and we will promptly take care of you.
Please note, for orders shipped to the wrong address due to an inputting error when the order was placed and for missed parcels, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be very careful when entering the shipping address.
